1. General
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Ftourplanner and any football club or organisation (“Client”) that books a football tour through our platform. By completing a booking, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
Ftourplanner operates as a legal entity. All agreements are made directly with the Client organisation, which acts on behalf of its participants.
2. Booking and Payment
All bookings are confirmed only after Ftourplanner sends a written confirmation to the Client.
Payment is structured as follows:
- 10% deposit is required immediately after your registration is confirmed, in order to secure your booking. !This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances!
- 50% is due two months before the departure date, once FTourplanner has completed all tour preparations and notified the Client accordingly.
- 40% is due one month before the departure date, as specified in the booking confirmation.
Payment is accepted via bank transfer. Other payment methods may be agreed upon individually.
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1 Cancellation by the Client
If the Client cancels the booking for any reason, no refund will be issued. This applies to both the deposit and any subsequent payments made.

4. Insurance
Ftourplanner does not provide mandatory travel or medical insurance for tour participants. The Client is responsible for ensuring that all participants hold appropriate insurance coverage before the tour begins. Insurance may be arranged through Ftourplanner as an optional add-on at an additional cost.
5. Liability
Ftourplanner acts as an organiser of football tours and is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or incidents that occur during the tour. The Client organisation assumes full responsibility for the welfare and conduct of its participants throughout the tour.
Ftourplanner is not liable for any loss, damage, or additional costs arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
6. Conduct
Ftourplanner establishes the general code of conduct that applies to all participants during the tour. The Client organisation is responsible for ensuring that its participants comply with these rules. Ftourplanner reserves the right to enforce these rules directly if necessary.
7. Photography and Media
Ftourplanner may use photos and videos taken during the tour for marketing purposes, including on its website and social media channels. By confirming a booking, the Client gives permission for such use on behalf of their organisation and participants.
All media content created during the tour is considered jointly owned by Ftourplanner and the Client.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Ftourplanner website, including text, graphics, and branding, belongs to Ftourplanner and may not be reproduced without written permission.
9. Changes to These Terms
Ftourplanner may update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any material changes by email before the changes take effect. Continued use of our services after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the law of the Client’s country of residence or registration. Any disputes will first be addressed through direct negotiation between the parties.
